We are pleased to announce that on March 14, 2024 at 9:00 am the first hybrid BWO EXPERTISE will take place in collaboration with the renowned law firm Chatham Partners.

We will provide a comprehensive overview of the energy-related standards that the EU has adopted in recent months. We would also like to receive assessments of which offshore-relevant decisions the German legislature now has to make and what scope for decision-making remains for offshore expansion. In particular, we will look at the EU regulations that may have an impact on future auction design (CfD, prequalification, auction criteria, measures to maximize the execution rate, dealing with negative bids, etc.).
