Jörg Kubitza

Jörg Kubitza has been Managing Director of Orsted Germany GmbH and Country Manager of Ørsted in Germany since April 2021. Before joining Ørsted, Kubitza was responsible for the German renewable energy business at the Czech energy supplier CEZ A/S until the end of 2019, where he was also Head of Strategy and played a key role in the development of the renewable energy division in Germany and France. He was able to build up his expertise in the field of offshore wind power in particular during his time at Mitsubishi Power Systems and later at MHI Vestas, where he was responsible for the management of strategy and corporate development from 2014 to 2016 and supported the successful expansion in Germany and APAC. Kubitza is a graduate lawyer, lawyer and mediator.
Catrin Jung

Catrin Jung has headed the Offshore Business Unit at Vattenfall since the beginning of March 2020. Her career in the energy industry began in 2002. Her first roles at Vattenfall included developing strategies for investments, market and price forecasts. Since 2009 she has held various management positions in the company. For example, Jung was in charge of corporate strategy at Vattenfall's headquarters in Stockholm. From 2013 to 2015 she was Vice President of Business Strategy at Vattenfall regional company Continental / UK. Jung was responsible for Germany, the Netherlands and Great Britain. In 2015 she joined the Wind division at Vattenfall and headed the Portfolio and Business Development division. In 2017 she took over the Market Development Offshore division.
Irina Lucke

Irina Lucke is the Managing Director of Omexom Renewable Energies Offshore and Head of the Offshore Division. She has been supporting the offshore industry since 2006. It all started with Germany's first offshore wind farm Alpha Ventus. In 2010 she took over the technical project management for the offshore wind farm Riffgat and in 2013 the technical management of EWE Offshore Service & Solution GmbH (EWE OSS), a service provider for project development and maintenance of wind farms. In addition, Lucke took over the management of the Trianel Borkum II offshore wind farm in 2015. In December 2020, EWE OSS was sold to VINCI Energies Germany. Omexom Offshore has technically planned and implemented three offshore wind farms and is responsible for the technical management of approx. 4.5 GW in Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium.
Ina Kamps

Ina Kamps has headed the bp Offshore Wind business unit for Germany and the Netherlands since January 2022. Her career in the energy industry began in 2006. She has been involved in business development in renewable energy, with a focus on Europe and North and South America, and offshore oil and gas in America and Africa. She has been back with renewable energies since 2017 and with the Offshore Wind Organization since 2020. Ina Kamps has a degree in engineering from the TUHH and has lived in London and Houston since 2006. .
