This week, the Bundestag and Bundesrat voted on changes to the WindSeeG as part of the resolutions on the law amending the provisions for electricity generation from combined heat and power generation and self-sufficiency. In essential parts of the law, the prospects for offshore wind energy could be improved, especially with regard to future relief for electricity customers.
