The Federal Association of Wind Farm Operators Offshore, together with other associations from the offshore industry, issued a statement on the second draft of the 2019 area development plan. This was published on April 29 by the BSH for the EEZ of the North and Baltic Seas. There was an opportunity to comment until May 15th.
