European offshore networking
The implementation of cross-border offshore wind projects and the better networking of the EU coastal countries could make an enormous contribution to the efficient use of wind energy at sea. Costs could be further reduced and the space required for offshore projects could be reduced. Our goal: A European offshore grid through which the electricity from the connected offshore wind farms can be transported flexibly and across borders to where it is needed.
