Wind Energy at Sea Act (WindSeeG)
The WindSeeG, which came into force in 2017, contains the most important standards for the expansion of offshore wind energy in Germany. In addition to expansion goals and tender design, it also regulates implementation deadlines for offshore wind projects as well as basic questions of area planning and grid connection.
