The offshore industry defines fields of action for the next legislative period: secure the achievement of the offshore expansion goals, further develop market design, implementation concept for accelerated offshore expansion, advance green hydrogen for offshore wind, embed expansion in Europe & reorganize responsibility and burden sharing.
Expansion into the deep sea with floating wind power
So far they are very rare - floating wind farms. The type of ground anchoring makes it possible to develop deeper waters. Therefore the method is interesting for many European countries.
