PART II: Analyzing the results of the tenders for centrally pre-developed sites
In the fourth edition of our format BWO EXPERTISE we will be looking at the new tender results for three offshore wind sites that were pre-investigated by the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH).
On August 12, the BSH announced that Luxcara had been awarded the contract for the 1,5 gigawatt site N-9.3 and RWE had been awarded the contracts for the sites N-9.1 and N-9.2, each with 2 gigawatts. What about the transparency of the process? How can the proceeds be used sensibly? We will discuss these and other questions with Simon Müller.
