BWO welcomes revision of the spatial planning

June 3, 2021

“The Federal Ministry of the Interior today published the second draft of the regional planning plan, showing that the government is taking the Federal Constitutional Court's ruling on the Climate Protection Act seriously. It is important that significantly more areas are made available for the expansion of wind energy at sea than was the case in the first draft. We welcome the fact that further suitable areas have been found here in the North and Baltic Seas. "
