November 06, 2024: Parliamentary evening with POSSER SPIETH WOLFERS & PARTNERS

Offshore wind energy in the fast lane – acceleration in harmony with the environment?
22 October 2024

The federal government is working on implementing the EU Renewable Energy Directive (REDIII) in the area of offshore wind energy. This law is intended to accelerate the expansion of offshore wind energy. However, if it accelerates, important environmental assessments could be neglected. We are therefore asking ourselves whether offshore wind energy is in the fast lane and whether the implementation of the law needs to be reconsidered.

This discussion will take place during a parliamentary evening on November 6th at 18.00 pm in the Law firm of POSSER SPIETH WOLFERS & PARTNERS After the discussion, the law firm cordially invites you to round off the evening with snacks and drinks in the office. Register now!
